Family 21 Masala Roti (Spiced Diabetic Roti)
Ingredients (3–4 rotis)

1 cup Family 21 Flour

2 tbsp finely chopped onion

1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

½–1 tsp grated ginger and/or green chili (optional)

¼ tsp cumin seeds or ajwain

Salt and chili powder to taste

1 tsp oil
-
Warm water as needed
Method

In a bowl, combine flour, onion, coriander, ginger/chili, cumin/ajwain, salt and chili powder.

Add oil and mix, then add warm water gradually to make a soft dough.

Rest the dough 10–15 minutes.

Divide into balls and pat or roll into medium‑thick rotis.

Cook on a lightly greased tawa until golden spots appear on both sides.
