Savoury Family 21 Cheela (Pancake)
Ingredients (4 small cheelas)

½ cup Family 21 Flour

¼ cup low‑fat yogurt

¼–⅓ cup water (to make a pourable batter)

2 tbsp finely chopped onion

2 tbsp chopped tomato or grated carrot

1–2 tbsp chopped coriander

Green chili/ginger and salt to taste

Oil or spray for the pan
Method

Whisk flour, yogurt and water to a smooth, pourable batter.

Add onion, tomato/carrot, coriander, chili/ginger and salt; mix well.

Heat a non‑stick pan and lightly grease it.

Pour a ladle of batter and spread gently into a small pancake.

Cook on medium heat until set and lightly browned on both sides, using minimal oil.

Very tasty. As mr Sodhi suggested worked very well with Methi.
